Session programme

10am: Think Differently: Supporting Neurodiversity at Work
Discover practical ways to unlock the strengths of a neurodiverse workforce and create more inclusive workplaces. Led by a clinical team lead from the NHS Autism and ADHD Assessment Service, this session introduces a Neurodiversity in the Workplace Toolkit co-produced with neurodivergent staff and grounded in real workplace experiences.

10.30am: How to Beat Burnout (It’s not just about self-care)
Led by an NHS psychologist with frontline and research expertise, this session explores the organisational causes of burnout and what leaders can do to respond effectively. Attendees will gain practical insight into recognising burnout early, supporting staff wellbeing and creating more sustainable workplaces.

11am: Multigenerational Working: Shaping a Workforce Offer for Every Stage
As workplaces become increasingly multigenerational, organisations need to understand how expectations and priorities differ across career and life stages. This session shares practical learning from Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust’s work to build a more inclusive and relevant employee experience for colleagues across generations.
