We are so excited to be joining HEY Mind for their Festive 5K this year!

Embrace the joy of an active lifestyle, which not only keeps you fit but also boosts your mood. Our Mental Elf Run is all about enhancing your own wellbeing while supporting others in the community.

Whether you prefer to walk or run, join us on Sunday 1st December 2024 at East Park at 10:30am. This event is open to everyone, no matter your age or ability. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and we’ve got discounts for families, groups, and corporate teams. Little elves under 5 can join in for free!

REGISTRATION FEES:

We're asking all our runners to aim to raise a minimum of £25.
This money will make a real difference to local people by providing better healthcare and supporting brighter futures for our patients and their families. The Health Stars fundraising team will support you to raise as much money as you can.

While fancy dress is encouraged for extra fun, it’s not required—though there will be exciting prizes for the best costumes! Plus, enjoy a variety of festive activities perfect for the whole family.

Every participant will receive a medal and goody bag when they cross the finish line. Don’t miss out on this magical start to your Christmas season.
