As part of Humber Business Week, we were proud to host our first Workforce Wellbeing Exchange in partnership with Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust, bringing together employers, HR professionals and business leaders to explore how we can create healthier, more supportive workplaces.

Delivered by NHS experts, the event focused on workplace wellbeing, mental health and creating healthier, more supportive workplaces. Attendees took part in three engaging, insight-led workshops covering some of the most pressing issues facing organisations today:

Think Differently: Supporting Neurodiversity at Work

Led by Clarissa Thompson, Occupational Therapist, and Eloise, Associate Practitioner (ADHD and Autism Services), this session explored practical ways to better support neurodivergent colleagues. Drawing on frontline NHS expertise, it offered valuable insights and tools to help organisations improve inclusion, engagement and retention.
