We are pleased to announce that the Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Grants funded by Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust and ourselves are back!
We have an amazing £200,000 to give away to local organisations that work to improve the mental health and wellbeing of adults in the community across Hull and East Yorkshire. These qualifying organisations can apply for any amount between £250 and £5000.
We invite applications from community and voluntary sector organisations that can demonstrate how their work is making a positive impact on adults and communities in managing their emotional health and wellbeing, and can provide evidence of improvements in both mental and physical health.
