29/11/23

THANK YOU FOR HELPING US MAKE THIS WISH COME TRUE

A new addition to the PSYPHER allotment plot has sparked a profound change in the health and wellbeing of service users. Their new summer house, funded by Health Stars, has become the heart of a therapeutic approach blending nature, gardening, and the outdoors, to improve the lives and wellbeing of the PSYPHER group.

Led by dedicated professionals, this group has embraced outdoor activities and gardening as core elements of their therapy. The summer house now serves as a central hub, offering, shade, shelter and a place to display some of the groups amazing artwork.

For service users the impact has been immense., one told us "Being amidst nature, feeling the soil, and watching plants grow—it's therapeutic. The summer house brings us together, sharing stories and finding comfort in its surroundings."

The group express themselves freely, find community, and reduce stress. We've seen increased positivity and improved mental wellbeing.
